PREPARATION

  1. Overlap the tomato and cheese slices on a serving plate.
  2. Scatter over the basil leaves, then drizzle over the olive oil.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Always use the best tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil you can find.
