SMOKED CAPRESE SALAD

INGREDIENTS


METHOD

  1. Cut into the top of the Vannella Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella ball carefully, scooping it out & making a small well.
  2. Dice the Buffalo mozzarella you have just removed into small pieces & add it to a small mixing bowl.
  3. Cut up a variety of coloured tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Add the tomato & capers to the bowl & dress with a sprinkle of salt, EVOO, fresh basil.
  5. Place the Vannella Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella Ball on a small single serve plate & using a spoon, scoop the mixture on top.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of EVOO & fresh basil leaf.
  7. Serve with bread as an individual antipasto dish or share as a starter.
