INGREDIENTS


METHOD

  1. Lay sfogliata (bocconcini sheet) flat on a chopping board or kitchen bench
  2. Lay prosciutto slices on sfogliata
  3. Scatter rocket leaves covering the whole sheet
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Starting with the long edge of sheet, start to roll away from your body until you have a roll with the seam down.
  6. Slice the sfogliata into rounds and serve as a starter or entree
  7. Serve & enjoy
