PRICING

The Culture Room can be hired for a half day or a full day, with the option of adding additional time if needed. The hire duration is available to start and finish at all hours as required by you as we provide a unique code to access the premises through our keypad security system.

FAQ

Q: Is the mandatory bond refundable?

A: At the conclusion of the hire duration, the hiree is responsible for leaving the premises and it’s appliances in its original condition. The mandatory $300 bond is refundable within 7 days post booking date if the premises is verified to have been left in its original condition (clean, neat, tidy, and in working order).

Q: What is the minimum hire duration for bookings?

A: Our minimum hire is for HALF DAY HIRE (duration of 4 hours). Please note the hire duration includes the time of entry to the time of exit from the premises so please take into account bump-in/bump-out time when booking.

Q: How do I book?
A: You will need to submit a booking application. Once your booking application is approved, an invoice for a 50% deposit will be sent and is required to secure the booking. The date and time will remain available for others to book until the deposit funds are paid. The final balance is due 7 days prior to the booking date.

Q: I am hiring The Culture Room for a food shoot. Do you supply the camera, sound and lighting equipment?
A: The Culture Room is a great space for food filming and photography. Please note however that The Culture Room is a dry hire space. All sound, lighting equipment and cyclorama will need to be brought in by the hiree.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If notice of cancellation is given prior to 7 days of the booking date, we will refund you the deposit amount. If notice of cancelltion is given within the 7 days leading up to your booking date, the deposit will be forfieted however we will refund your balance amount and the $300 bond.
