The Vannella Cheese family is joining all the fun of this year’s Sydney Royal Easter Show

Get a true taste of Paddock to Plate, with Vannella’s Buffalo Mozzarella made with all-Australian milk from the Australian Dairy Buffalo Company.

And Vannella’s cows Milk Mozzarella made with milk from the Leppington Pastoral Company in Sydney’s west.

At this year’s Easter Show, drop into the Taste of Italy stand, in The Fresh Food Dome, where we will have a mozzarella bar serving a delicious dish of scamorza chips with tomato relish or choose a caprese salad with either buffalo mozzarella, house-smoked buffalo mozzarella or creamy burrata.

We will also be offering cheese tastings daily and cheese-making demonstrations twice a day, at 1pm and 4pm, over the Easter weekend.

Plus there is a goody bag packed with our new retail range, and a free ice pack!

If you ever wanted to know how the experts stretch cheese or see how burrata is made, this is the place to do it.
