Vannella ricotta is made using traditional methods of heating up the whey left behind from our mozzarella production. The result is a creamy white and slightly sweet curd which has a variety of uses from filling pasta to making sweet desserts or simply eaten as a snack.
One of our favourite recipes is to make fluffy pancakes served with whipped ricotta and fresh berries.
