Our buffalo mozzarella cheese is made with single origin Buffalo Milk from the Shaw River in Victoria. The milk is inoculated with live cultures, where the flavour of this product really develops and shines through. The cultured curd is carefully hand cut so the whey can be delicately drained, before being stretched until shiny and smooth, molding them into supple milky balls.
