3 month old Fermented, cooked and stretched curd cheese in the shape of a tear drop. Made from Single Origin American Holstein Cow's Milk. Straw yellow Colour. Hard Edible Rind.
MASTRO by Vannella may have mould spots on the skin - it's a part of the aging process - trust us when we say that this is a good thing! Of course we don't recommend eating the mouldy skin patch, but everything else underneath is perfectly fine for consumption!
