Who doesn’t love a classic cheese toastie!
We take ours to the next level by grilling the sandwich which is covered in luscious whey butter, making it crispy on the outside and oozy on the inside. To fill this sandwich, we use our milky buffalo mozzarella. Make sure to get yourself some good quality sourdough, which if used when it's a few days old works even better for this recipe! Serving the toastie with a side of pickles will introduce some welcomed acidity, which will help to cut through the richness of this delicious dish.
Serve with pickles (we use Cornersmith Bread & Butter Pickles)
