MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA

INGREDIENTS


PREPARATION

  1. Lay the Fior di latte between two sheets of paper towel and press out any excess moisture.
  2. Arrange flour in a bowl or plate and season with salt & pepper
  3. Beat eggs and milk in another bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge the drained mozzarella slices in the flour.
  5. Coat the mozzarella in the egg-wash until fully covered.
  6. Repeat steps 4 & 5
  7. Arrange breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the mozzarella on all sides.
  8. Spray the crumbed mozzarella on both sides with oil spray and lay on a lined baking tray.
  9. Repeat until all the mozzarella has been crumbed. Then place in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until golden.
